Need for Speed Hot Pursuit Patch corregirá algunos errores del juego y además agregará 3 nuevos coches: Lamborghini Murciélago LP 650-4 Roadster, Bentley Continental Supersports Convertible y Dodge Viper SRT10 Convertible Final Edition.Entre los errores corregidos resaltamos los siguientes: fallas gráficas al presionar Alt+Tab y volver al juego, volumen del audio bajo, errores al modificar los controles del juego, etc.
